Membership for garden owners is free but we ask all users on our site to register as a minimal safety measure. We will not use your email to bombard you with marketing, but we will update you with any important updates to the site.
Search for gardeners in your area to see if any fit your gardening requirements.
Complete a quick registration form, which will give you access to your profile dashboard so you can private message the gardener. If you wish, you can also upload photos of your garden to your profile so they can see what needs their attention.
If the gardener has a free, basic profile, you will need to contact them via the ‘private message’ feature. If they are a paid, full member, once you are registered, you will see their email or phone number, so you don’t need to message them on the site itself. You need to be logged in to see their public contact details.
Paid gardeners are marked with a pink supporters badge.
Once a gardener has got back in touch, you can arrange to meet for a garden show round, following our safety protocols, to ascertain whether the job is right for both parties.
If there is no one in your area please widen the geographical search since some gardeners are willing to travel. Make sure you have added your postcode and Google map location so that, in time, when we are able to upgrade the site, we can let you know when new gardeners join in your area. Meanwhile please check the find a gardener page every now and then, as we have new registrations every day.
Since this is new platform, we are working hard to recruit more gardeners to it. The more you can share our website, in your local community, the more women we can find and support in becoming professional gardeners.
