I love working for people who are passionate about their plants and gardens but need a helping hand to keep up with the work or someone else to guide and bounce ideas off. I focus on borders, shrubs and pruning and don’t carry any chemicals or power tools so don’t do lawns and large hedges. I especially enjoy companionship gardening and rejuvenation where neglected and overgrown gardens are brought back to life.
I work all year round with mostly regular clients but take on extra specialist pruning work at weekends; climbers and roses for example. Even when fully booked I keep a shortlist in reserve for any change in circumstances, clients moving etc.
I started gardening for The National Trust Hanbury Hall in 2005 and then Croome Park. I have had several gardens opening for NGS days and local walkabouts. With a break to start a family I’ve been self-employed since 2014 and work mostly within a 5 mile radius of Alcester, Warwickshire
